Providing timely distribution of information on performance, work orders, invoices and financial statements is one of our highest priorities. We respond to all inquiries usually within one business day but more often within a few hours.
Easy to read monthly statements detailing income and expenses will be emailed directly to you. End of year master statement and 1099 forms will be emailed well in advance of any tax deadlines. Individual “Owners Portal” where all financial information is available online, 24/7.
Utilizing advanced maintenance software, we provide 24/7 support. We process all maintenance requests, coordinate and dispatch skilled, vetted, and licensed tradesmen while tracking each from start to final resolution. We never mark-up or charge a service fee for routine maintenance.
We require residents to pay earlier than most companies. Depending on when rent is received, we disburse payments via ACH/EFT by the 12th of each month.
Due to our stringent rent ready compliance standards potential residents are more likely to rent one of our properties compared to your competition.
To make informed decisions concerning your properties performance, having accurate and detailed accounting information is critical. Our accounting team has the knowledge, experience, and technologies to accurately account for, monitor and track all income and expenses.
In the unlikely event of a H.O.A. or Code Enforcement violation, once notified we immediately contact your resident to take corrective actions. Then we follow-up for continued compliance.
